1: My hair was cut right below my ears 4 years ago. This is how long it is now. It is STILL NOT LONG! Help me!

2: I am thinking about doing the ombre effect to my hair. But I am only 12. What do you suggest?

btw any suggestion to make thinner or softer? My hair is very rebellious and very thick and it won't stay in one place
