I'm looking to add to my day to day makeup routine but don't have long to get ready in the morning,if I was to start applying lipstick is lip liner essential? And will I have to wear foundation with it? Or will it look ok with bare skin?

Yea lip liner definitely helps the color from bleeding. You should wear foundation with bold lip color, for natural colors your bare skin is fine.
