I've been treating it for 2 months and it went down in size but it's still there, I soak it three times a day in sea salt and put tea tree oil on it, what worked for you and what was your experience with the bump?

The bump stays for a while. Continue doing the sea salt soaks, but I would stop using the tea tree oil. (From what I've learned) it's really only for infected piercings, not healing piercings. And that bump is completely normal and in no way indicates infection.

Thanks, I've had it for 5 months now and it's never been infected but the bump is so stubborn and obnoxious it's driving me crazy lol.

I know, the bump is so annoying! Whenever I get a new piercing, it takes a good 7-8 months until it actually looks good lol.

I took mine out. It still hasn't gone away. I think it's just the scar tissue all balled up.
