Its pricy, but I would suggest AMAZING COSMETICS Concealer. There are about 20 shades, but I think Ulta only sells about 12. They have so many shades because they understand that everyone has different undertones. Not just fair, light, medium & dark. These are esp. good for ethnic skintones who have difficulty matching their skintone. I have Medium Golden.

I have genetic dark blue/purple circles and they've gotten worse as I have gotten older. I have discovered IT Cosmetics Bye Bye under eye and it's the only thing that has ever worked for me and brightens the whole area. I keep getting compliments from everyone. And let me tell you I have been trying everything since I was 18 and I'm 36 now. And I only use the size of a head of a pin. It was life changing.

If you don't have any colour discolouration such as red purple or blues you're in a better position to play with highlighting concealers. Some have a shimmer in them so if it's for photos, avoid these are they will reflect flash. There are some great ones out there, I would recommend trying one that's a shade lighter than your foundation and use patting motions not sweeping ones when applying. A little goes a long way x

Maybelline age rewind in neutralizer. It's yellow toned, so it does a great job in covering under eye circles for me.

My mac pro long wear is by far my favorite and looks and stays exactly where I put it until my makeup comes off, I've also noticed with other concelears they would tend to smear my lower lash lines not this one (:
