I'm struggling with toning around my waist, I've been told it's one of the most difficult places to tone. I gym regularly and my diet is average, but i still cant get rid or excess fat and bloating. I'm looking for great methods on improving this problem area?

All ideas welcome, diet and exercise included

There's a article I just read by Delf magazine you can google called Sneaky Stomach Slimmers.. A few tips allow you to cinch your stomach while driving or at your desk to give you a quick workout.

I really enjoy yoga! I got a yoga DVD a couple years ago and after I had my son I finally started to use it! This may or may not help but I believe it's worth a shot. Not only does it improve your strength and flexibility but its pretty relaxing. If its something your interested look into Denise Austin's DVDs. I find her to be one of the best. Also I've heard that certain excercises for your waist can create muscles in that area keeping the excess, instead of shedding it.

@kayla I'll definitely be Googling that :) feel like I've tried everything but il give it a go!
@allison I'm quite the gym bunny and yet I've never really tried yoga so that's next for me for sure :) I've heard so much about it so about time I give it a try!
@Cristin I heard about the diet on Pinterest, sounds intense and only 3 days long isn't so bad, will give it a try!

It's such and easy diet and you can keep doing it as many weeks as you need. I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks doing it along with working out 5 days a week and it's stayed off completely.
