Getting ready to start Esthetician school!

Yay! I took a full time esthetics program back in 2006, and I am still in the industry and loving it! I wouldn't really say that I have any tips, but if esthetics is something you truly enjoy, you will do so well and have so much fun! The best part is that you get to practice on each other, so you get constantly pampered... enjoy it while it lasts, because that doesn't always happen when you start working!

The reason I had chosen esthetics over hairstyling (originally that's what I wanted to do until I looked into esthetics) is that you can branch off in so many different ways. My goal was to eventually work alongside a Dr. in the more clinical side of things. After about 3 years and several laser courses later, that's what I'm doing these days! Have fun and good luck!
