Help! greasy, oily eyelids!!!!

My eyelids tend to get very oily through out the day and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to prevent it? I don't rub my eyelids during the day they just get really oily and I don't know why. So If you could please send me some recommendations on what I can do that will be very helpful!!!!!!!

Yea I do but it's kind of a cheapish 1 I got with a makeup kit :/ do u have any recommendations for primers I can use to prevent it??
