Hi I will be in the US soon for my honeymoon & I plan to stock up on a lot of make up& brushes! Especially items that are not available in Ireland! Can you tell me some great brands that are only available in US? Thank you!

Hi I've seen a few mentioned on here quite a bit.... NYX, physicians formula, ELF, hard candy.... I think we can get too faced here but it's not sold in a lot of places. Are these brands like drugstore or high end? Thanks!

NYX, ELF, Hardcandy, Physicians Formula are all drugstore.
Like the others, I'm not sure what brands are sold specifically in the US, but for drugstore shopping, I suggest visiting a Target store. From my experience, they have the cheapest (price wise) makeup compared to any other drugstore. Plus, they are the #1 carrier of ELF makeup if you want to pick up some of their Studio Brushes (which I highly recommend)
Also, Walmart is the ONLY store that carries Hard Candy in the US (but there's billions of them around, so you shouldn't have a hard time finding one). So if you're really interested in Hard Candy, that's the place to go. (& IMO, Walmart has the 2nd cheapest prices for drugstore products. They're usually a bit more expensive than Target, but only by a couple cents to $1)
ULTA is a great cosmetic megastore here in the US. They are the more popular store that carry NYX cosmetics (Which you wont find at Target or Walmart) ULTA carries a mix of drugstore & high end makeup but are a bit more on the pricy side when it comes to the drusgtore products, you usually pay a couple more dollars for a product here than you would at Target or Walmart. (NYX is priced well though)
Then you have Sephora which is the ultimate cosmetics shop here in the US. They have many if not, most high end products available in the market today. =]
With a quick Google search, you'll be able to find the website for each of these stores & see what they have available. ULTA's & Sephora's websites usually have lots of user submitted reviews, so that could help you decide what you want to get when you visit!

I'm getting seriously addicted now! I'm kinda just starting to build & wanna get good quality products & brushes so that I have a good kit! Thanks again!!

Btw, Target also carries Sonia Kashuk, who have amaaaazing makeup brushes that Youtube gurus go crazy for! You might want to check that out. =]
Also, just to be safe, you might want to use the Store Locator on their websites & see if there's a store near the location you're staying. =D

To add on to Andrea's awesome answer, I would suggest compiling a list of what you want to check out while on your trip. If you know what you're in the market for, either in general or specific products, it'll make your shopping a lot easier and you'll have more time to enjoy the rest of your honeymoon. Thanks @courtney B I'm already compiling the list ;) so excited!!!!! The make up is so expensive in Ireland, compared to what I've seen in the US anyway!! I've always only visited Sephora when I was in NY but always stuck to products I already knew- trying to branch out now & build up my kit!
