Best curling tong/wand for bouncy curls?

I'm after a curling tong or wand so I can create big, soft bouncy but loose-ish curls. So the barrel would be minimum 1"/32mm I'd say. Any recommendations? I've seen lots of great things with the enrapture totem styler, but I'd have to get it shipped to a friend in Britain and then to here in NZ (noone ships them to NZ.. I've found that which all the tools I've seen good reviews about :(! ).

Revlon has really good curling irons. I have one and i use as a wond if i wont more bouncy curls.

I have a Conair curling Iron that my mom found at a yard sale so I dont know much about it but Its about an inch and It works amazingly! And I love that you can change the heat settings! I also took the clamp off of it because its easier to curl my hair without the clamp.

I have hard to curl hair and I really like the Remington wands if you can get your hands on 1 of those :)
