What do people think of this! I tried a bit on the back of y hand yet ready an it felt amazing! I have heard it is good for dry patches also very dry lips?

It's good for everything! Great for dry patches, dry lips, hands, feet, elbows, whatever. A little goes a long way. My mom used to put it on my nose when I was little and my nose got dry in the winter. My sister uses it on her baby when his face gets irritated. It's good for rashes too, it's very safe and has a million uses.
