I work at sephora now and I love it but I have an interview at inglot today. Anyone have a pointers?

When I interview potential people- I am not impressed by how great their makeup skills are but rather the business skills. Are you a self starter? Do you know how to work with more than one client at a time? What your manager is looking for is a person who knows what to focus on when it's slow, how to drive sales, and not feel like they will have to baby sit you.
