I have some Merele Norman eye primer and I was wondering if that or any eye primer can be duplicated into lip primer as well?

I've heard that they can be used as a lip primer as well, but I've never tried it.

Give it a try & see what happens, just because it says "eye" primer, it doesnt mean you can't use it to prolong your lipstick and other things such as blush. Some ppl actually use lipstick as a blush, just an example there.
