Makeup Looks for Pale People

I've been wearing makeup for a few years now, and usually do my full skin routine + primer, foundation, finishing powder, blush, and mascara with eyeliner when I'm awake enough to do it.
I'd like to try new looks for fall, but red lipstick as well as plum makes me look.. Sickly.
Any ideas?

what about just a mauve or more berry lip shade? I'm very pale too I like Tarte Glamazon lipstick in Playful if its a little too much just blot it and wear it like a stain
