Some people would say put cold spoons on them, but IMO when I did that it just seemed to damage the skin underneath. I'd recommend wetting a cloth down with freezing cold water, then pressing it over your eyes and holding it there until it's not cold anymore, then keep re-wetting it down and pressing it onto your eyes. (: That really helped me! Also make sure your concealer isn't too dark, as this can make your bags look even darker and bigger.

I think you should try the Marc Jacobs "Remedy" Concealer. It has a cooling tip and it does a great job covering dark circles and also brightens the eye area. The nars one is also good too :)

Put 2 metal spoons in
The fridge before bed time then when you wake up put the spoons on your eyes for 2min then wait till dry then put concealer over the top
