I'm trying to loose my little "pooch" I developed! I recently lost 10-15 lbs and its that last bit on my tummy that won't go away! I'm planning to tone up once I reach my goal weight, but until then, is there anything you did to lose weight that worked really well? I've never been overweight I want to be happy with my body!
Whenever I gain weight, it only goes to the stomach. So sometimes I look pregnant lol! Sure that freaks people out haha! I am trying to get my weight down and anything that works the core is perfect! Sit ups, crunches, inchworm push-ups, even bench presses! When I press weighs I have to keep my balance by tightening my abdomen. Google core workouts and that should help! But yeah I'm in the same boat girl!
@emma the reason I said I wanted to work on toning after I reach my goal weight is because by doing crunches and such now, it'll be building my muscle but not getting rid of the fat!
I have an entire video up on how I lost 65lbs and went from a size 24, down to a size 8 if you want to come check it out :-) You can also see it on my YouTube channel, PhillyGirl1124...hope this helps!
Diet: Green tea, veggies, and, believe it or not, avocados. Yes, they're fatty, but they help you burn way more efficiently! If you have a gym membership, then ask coach for guidance. Workout: Cardio and weights. Cardio works on toning your whole body! Jog for 10 minutes, sprint for 40, then jog for 10 minutes again. Weight lifting doesn't help you burn as much, but building muscles helps you burn fat! Plus, it increases the "afterburner effect". Don't lose hope, you can do it!
Get rid of carbs. I lost 15 lbs in three weeks. I limited myself to 12 carbs or less per day. It was super hard and took alot of structure and determination. You can't do it long term. It's really hard on your body. But, to get rid of that little extra fat, it works. Just make sure to start eating healthy and exercising. But don't do the carb diet for more than a month.

I went without carbs for 2 years. Our body does t need simple carbs. We didn't have bread or sugar 4,000 years ago and what do you think we ate back then? Ya fruit and vegetables.

Building muscle helps you burn fat. Your workouts should be a combination of cardio & strength. Adding some type of toning will burn fat faster
