Just assuming from different things I've seen, I don't think it would last too long. All that's doing is rushing the blood to the pumped up area. I'd say the longer you do it, the more you might look like a duck! Lol :p it would last longer I guess, but your lips will also get bigger the longer you do it! Personally I wouldnt buy it unless its like super cheap, and you just want to try it out :p I'd stick to lipgloss and lipliner! Haha.
