I doubt they are milia, are they jus skin coloured bumps? My guess would be closed comedones. I had lots of them on my jawline too but I was prescribed Differin and it got rid of them all!

I agree with Amy in the doubts that it is milia. But it could be a number a reasons: backed up lymph, if you place your face on your hands a lot(I do it without even realizing), how often you change your pillow cases.

Like I said its probably closed comedones which are just like blackheads or blocked pores basically. I used to have them and differin helped a lot, I don't have any anymore. Go see a dr about it.
