I have Deep & Close set eyes and I think they are à bit small and dark. And as you can see I wear glasses ;-).

Use a blue eyeliner, it will make your eyes pop. Use and eyelash curler to open your eyes up.(: hope I helped.(:

Avoid dark shadows and liners on the inner corners of your eyes. Stop liner half way so it creates a c. Don't line your water line. Apply a high lighter on the inner corners. Use matte shadow in your crease.
