Anyone know some easy ways to put on pencil eyeliner?

I recommend using gel or liquid! It's much easier to apply!

If you're just starting to wear eyeliner, start with a gel! Buy an angled eyeliner brush and a gel liner because you have more control than you would with a liquid pen

Do short dashes as close to the lash line as possible. I recommend holding the pencil sideways instead of pointing it directly to your eyeball for safety reasons. try to start on the outer corner, then work your way to the inner corner or 3/4 the way to your inner corner.

First do an outline of what you want your eyeliner to look like, then fill it in. Find a method of steadying your arm if you're new to applying eyeliner :) pencil can be kinda frustrating so after you get a hang of it, definitely buy liquid or gel eyeliner because it tends to be much cleaner, lasts longer and better, and looks a lot darker. I use e.l.f's 78 cent liquid stuff and it's great.

Well I put my finger on the outer corner of my eyes and sort of pull it up streching the eye and then with a sharp pencil from the inner corner I just sorta brush it out but don't go slow because then you might not make a straight line... it probably doesn't make sense but I hope I helped :))
