baking soda and benzoyl peroxide and/or your own toothpaste... Just make sure the percentage of the peroxide is safe for oral use (they have different % for different uses)

3% hydrogen peroxide from any drug store! I do a forward sitting mouth rinse for no more than 3 minutes every 2-3 months. Other named treatments never worked for me (I'm a smoker). Be sure to brush with a sensitive toothpaste after to remove the HP. This is also a great way to deep clean your mouth!

Clurra is right- I use 3% hydrogen peroxide, swish for about 30 seconds then brush with sensodyne. May take a few weeks to notice, but it's safe and cheap ($2/bottle!)

Keep a bottle of baking soda in your bathroom and everyday before brushing your teeth sprinkle it on your toothepaste . Works wonders and has always been my trick to pearly whites . Great for people who just got there braces removed :)
