I'm going out to a really nice restaurant for a friends birthday and then we're all going to a club which is next to the restaurant. I have found this really nice skirt off eBay but just not sure what top/shoes or makeup look I should have with it. Please help!

That Skirt is absolutely gorgeous, I'm 100% sure you'll look incredible in it. Try an either form fitting top or a loose blouse and tuck them into the skirt. For sure wear pumps or ankle boots. You can even add a belt to spice it up a bit ;) Good Luck and Have Fun!
