I have had black heads and bumps all over my chest for a long time now! They just do not go away!! It's really rough skin on my chest. But it is not dry! It's just a lot of blackheads I think!

Do you apply any makeup like around the collar bone or below? That tends to irritate skin. Also sweat does too. I just suggest using a clean wash cloth and soap to keep the area clean!

You can try using a anti acne face wash with Salicylic acid on your chest. Salicylic acid is very good at fighting black heads :-)

I'm recommending you go to a beauty clinic and ask to speak to a beauty THERAPIST not a beautician and ask them about it, theyll give you the right treatment and the right products to clear it up without using unnesscary medication from the drug store/doctor.
In the mean time, exfoliants, don't pick at them, try using a sauna or any sort of hot steam, avoid using any products on the area, goodluck x

You could go to the doctors or pharmacist and ask for their advice, they'll probably give you some sort of special spot cream xxxx :)
