Any tips on treating an itchy, outchy bikini shaving rash?

There are a few products out there to sooth bumps and rashes - if it's only irritation. An allergic reaction is a different story. I used BikiniZone, it's about $10 available at most drugstores and its basically a lidocaine gel. It stops the pain and is pretty soothing. Just be careful it will get on your clothes.
