i've been using pink swoon & peaches (being that those are the only 2 that i own ath the moment). i'm finishing my blush palette this week since my last 2 blushes are on their way since i only order mac online. i've organized my palette starting with my highlight color and beneath it is my contour. then i have pink swoon, peaches is to the right of it, fleur power is next and desert rose will be last. i pretty much organized it by seasons sort of. pink swoon for spring, peaches for summer, fleur power for winter and desert rose for fall. i mean i'm not going to be super strict and only use them doing those times because i chose colors that were also pretty versatile. so again, fleur power, peaches, desert rose and pink swoon. hope this helps!
My absolute favorite is "Gentle" from the mineralize collection. IN LOVE with it, im fair skinned, so i guess it depends on your skintone and if you want more of a rose or peachy tone.
I have to say I looooooooooooooooooove the Azalea Blossom Blush Ombre from the Daphne Guinness Collection. It's soooooooooo pretty and it works really well to blush/contour in one sweep! Don't mind the watermark, I used this image on my photography blog last night.

Mac's Melba is a nice color. Looks bronze though depending on your skin color or if you're too light. It's like a warm peachy pink color :)
