What tinted moisturizer would you use for a bride? She doesn't need much coverage and she has freckles that she doesn't want to be completely covered and she's not used to wearing any kind of heavy foundation.
She has an oily skin type.
I could use suggestions for a powder and a primer too.
Thanks

Well I haven't tried a lot of high end makeup but I believe that the Covergirl Nature Luxe Foundation that just came out is a great tinted moisturizer with just enough coverage and a nice light feeling. The best tinted moisturizer that I have heard of is the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer but that is very expensive but you get what you pay for. Many people like the smashbox photo finish primer. There are great drugstore alternatives as well. Avoid anything with SPF because it can create a white cast in photos. I like Maybelline's Dream Matte Powder to keep the oil off the face on such a nerve racking but amazing day. I am no expert but these are some of my suggestions!

Try Get A Tint from MARK Make up by AVON. Fantastic! And a good primer is the Laura Mercier Secret Finish Mattifying (great for all day wear because all the dancing she'll sweat a bit...) and for powder try something with NO SPF because it can come off as white in pics but the Make Up Forever HD powder is HEAVEN. It's sand blasted silicon so it literally airbrushes your face. And you can buy a travel size at Sephora for $15.00 that will last 6 months. Its a MUST HAVE for me. Hope this helps! :)

MAC has a great light tinted moisturizer, full of humectants! I would definitely recommend it!

Perfekt Skin Perfection Gel $60CAN - I know it's pricey but it leaves the skin looking outrageously youthful and glowing.
I would go with Make Up Forever HD Primer in the rose color, then liquid foundation followed by their translucent powder. I did my Mom's make up yesterday using this combo and everybody could still see her beauty marks thereby achieving that au natural look

By FAR the best tinted moisturizer I've ever tried is the Laura Mercier one. It is an award winning tinted moisturizer..I got it in a sample form from Sephora to try it out, and I am purchasing it next time I go there :) There are tons of youtube reviews on it

I recently had a client, 60 years old, red hair, lots of freckles and pale skin who insisted she wanted to look tanned but natural. i ended up using smashbox tinted moisturizer on her and it look absolutely amazing! Her freckles still showed but it was extremely natural and gave her colour at the same time. I highly recommend smashbox!!
