Congrats!!! I was actually thinking about applying there for a part-time job but I know that I will go from the pay check line to the pay the bill line. I will get myself in some serious trouble in that store. But that is great that you got hired there!!!

Congratulations! I've been there now for about 7 months and I love it. You can definitely be hired as a regular employee, I think we just hired about 4 girls from a batch of seasonal. Tips...make sure your clients are filling out surveys about you and you're telling them your name. That way, when they fill out a survey, the managers will see that they like you and maybe they'll want to keep you around. Also, don't forget to smile, wear different makeup looks, and build up the basket. If someone is buying a foundation, make sure you try and sell them a primer and a brush too, along with sending them to skincare to make sure they prep their skin before they put makeup on! Congrats Sephora is a great place to work; you'll learn a lot, I'm speaking from experience. I worked there over the holiday season and I learned a lot. If they retain you, you'll go to a special training exclusive to Sephora employees. I hope you have a great time! =}
