I have bad acne, and when I apply make-up you can still see all the little bumps and marks. I sometimes have to apply many layers to stop it, and lately my face has just become so fierce. Have you got any tips on how to stop this?

Try not to put make up on as it does make I worse! Just always wash your face as have a look online as there are some really good products to get ride of acne! Or talk to your doctor

Don't use makeup if you've got acne!!

you need to sort acne first because makeup just makes it worse.

here's what you can do.

Mix gram flour with yogurt n milk add few lemon drops and apply on face. leave until you feel your skin is tight then was off. repeat thrice a week.

Don't put makeup. That's just clogging your pores even more! I suggest washing your face daily using cleanser, toner, and moisturiser. I think having a day where you don't wear makeup will be better. That is going to help your skin. Make sure to cleanse your face twice a day.

Stop using make-up omg! I used to have the same problem as you. I used Bliss products and it worked so well.

Take a break on the make up and focus on getting your face more clear. Once it starts clearing up and a lot of the acne is gone then use make up again:)

The thing about covering acne is that you can disguise the redness, but in order to hide the texture & let the actual bump blend into your skin tone, you would have to apply very thick and cakey foundation.

I wrote a little about my acne experience here: http://bit.ly/113mjVf

1- Ditch the makeup. It's not doing you any favors, and you may feel naked and insecure about going out without it at first, but no one will think less of you because you have acne!

2- Use a skincare range that has salicylic Acid

3- Get a topical gel/medication from your doctor. It will take a while to start working, but the results are worth the wait! If you don't see any changes, though, don't be afraid to ask your doctor for a different prescription; everyone's skin is different.

4- Be very aware of keeping you hair and hands off your face, and change your pillowcases once a week

5- Drink a lot of water, try a few green smoothies, and just try to keep a healthy lifestyle.
