Try more natural products. I use simple skin care which has helped reduce my minimal breakouts and redness. I also use pure tea tree oil for spot treatment which does wonders. try diy facial masks like baking soda, nutmeg and honey or natural yoghurt.

Do not try to fix it by yourself, go to the dermatologist as soon as you can. Trust me I wasted months and months and now I'm regretting it.

Eatingh healthy (no milk), drinking a lot and not using any silicones or mineral oil on your face can already help a lot. if nothing helps, go to the doctor, but keep in mind accutane is a VERY harsh med.

The only thing that helped me was using birth control pills and now maintaining good skin with Paula's Choice AHA & BHA. but it depends on the cause of your acne.

Everyone is entitled to do what they want, but my opinion is definitely DON't do accutane, it is a serious drug with serious sometimes fatal side effects. It messes with so much in your body and most of the time you have to have more than one treatment. I give the same advice to everyone who asks for help with acne...here is how I treated and cured mine... 1) cleanse am and pm with non medicated cleanser... 2) use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (neutrogena on the spot, 5 bucks at target) am and pm and make sure its a Pretty thick layer... 3) let dry 5 mins and use a moisturizer, yes you must moisturize becuz the BP will dry out your skin and you need to keep it balanced so your skin won't overproduce oil. Give this regiment a try for a month I guarantee ull get results.

I use Benzoyl perixide and then the mildest version, it takes a month time to actually see some results but my face is acne free now :)

Yes! Salt water!! I use a little spray bottle of table salt and water spray my face like 3 times a day. You have to let the water dry on your skin then when it dries wipe off the salt & moisturize

I agree with Emese F and can't say enough about paula's choice aha and bha products! but I'd also recommend seeing a dermo because even if you don't want to take accutane they can prescribe a topical product like retin a or differin.
