Unfortunately there's not a whole lot that can be done about dark under eye circles except for making sure you get enough rest etc...and even then I usually still have them! Use a good concealer that is a little lighter than your natural skin tone. I use Benefit's Erase Paste which is slightly more peachy than my skintone so it brightens my undereye area a bit. :)
yellow tinged concealer a tad lighter than your natural skin tone works great, along with cold spoons, or even chilled cucumbers! Try to get plenty of sleep and stray from caffeine. Eat well, stay hydrated and wear lots of sunscreen, all will also ensure you have big, bright morning eyes :) xx
I had this dark under eye problem, then i tried the chemical peel, it hurts a bit but the outcome is very fulfilling.. I just use a nutra white cream every night for mentainance
You can dampen your face and/or under eyes and rub or pat on a bit of Grapeseed Oil on the surface for about the next few days/weeks depending on how bad the dark circles are.
Like me, you may have sun damage or pigmentation across your cheeks which is making you look like you have tired circles under your eyes. Laser and other things can correct this, I'm just looking into it now because I'm so sick of looking like I never sleep when I actually do get a great night sleep and drink plenty of water lol
I've had chronic dark circles since my early teens at least because I'm hispanic. For the past week I have been using an organic coffee eye cream in the morning and night, and I've noticed an improvement already! Just be sure to put it on well before you actually go to sleep, otherwise the caffeine could keep you up. ;)
If you're really over them, you can also check out dermal fillers. They actually can improve dark undereye circles (and the results are longer lasting than concealer. :-) ) Check this site out to see examples. http://bit.ly/OfHH4b
I've had dark circles since I can remember but I think it's just genetics. I've read that drinking water and staying hydrated helps in lightning them a little. I'm not one for drinking water but when I do I notice a difference. Also getting the appropriate amount of sleep helps. Besides that just using the right kind of concealer. =)
I have an eye cream that I adore...I'm a huge fan of products that contain peptides. My eye cream has peptides and I've noticed three things... minimized crow’s feet, reduced puffiness and reduction of dark under eye circles. The cream also has optical diffusers that really brighten the eye area so I threw my concealer out... I'm a peptide freak!!
Hemorrhoid cream works the best! Its main purpose is to reduce swelling and leaking cappilaries, and thats exactly what dark circles are caused by. It's probably the cheapest too.
Benefits it's potent eye cream first and then their erase paste over. Use the eye cream morning and night, over time it does help to reduce darkness but also drink plenty of water!!
I use Bobbi Brown's corrector and concealer when my dark circles are bad after an all nighter with school work. The corrector works at neutralizing the dark while the concealer works as to mesh the area with the rest of your skintone. Check-up with your doctor to make sure you aren't just having a deficiency in your diet. Iron-deficiency anemia will cause you to have dark circles. This can be corrected by increasing your diet with iron rich foods such as spinach, eggs, fortified cereals. Lack of vitamin c can also cause circles as well and that vitamin is needed to repair tissue and form collagen. Vitamin K deficiency will cause the eye area to become dilated thus lead to the dark circles. If you come out ok in a blood work-up with the doc those dark circles may just be hereditary (that's my issue) and/or lack of sleep. I hope this helps. :)

I tend to find that a slightly yellow toned concealer works best to help hide them.
