Okay, so lately I have noticed that my hair is starting to get all dry and has lost its shine. It's just looking so ugly... I am doing nothing different to it.. I still use my regular shampoos and conditioners and everything... but I'm thinking maybe because I go in the pool alot and go tanning alot .... can that be the cause to my hair looking bad? If so, what can I do to bring it back to how it use to be which was shiny and soft and looked so fresh... thanks for your help!

There are tons of masks and deep treatments you can find on the internet using things in your kitchen! Lol. Um i have a few favs that i use especially during the summer. One is Macadamea Oil is heavenly! I just started using it anddd.... im in love it leaves your hair silky smooth and restores shine!! Another is Moroccan oil is awesome too!!! (argan oil..same thing) Any hair shine serum is good, the Dove one is good, John Frida has a good one..... theres plentyy! lol but an oil or serum is the best for dry summer hair! And of course eating right and drinking lots of waterrrr!!! hope this helps!!
use heat protection spray before going out in the sun. As far as the pool goes, the chlorine in it can damage your hair, so...after swimming, wash your hair immediately & use a good conditioner or leave on conditioner. Matrix Biolage is good for damaged hair.
