I have terrible pimples on my back and recently, I realized that I have some really dark black spots/black heads on my back. Help!! What can I do to get rid of these pimples and black spots?
I have the same problem. And I use the proactive body wash. But some people can't afford it. Its really pricey. So my friend uses clean and clear body wash.
My son has these as well as my daughter she also has hayfever and noticed how much better they r when she takes her antihistamine tblts so son started taken them just tescos own at 55p what a difference and thats in under a week
I suffered that problem during my teenage years and off and in since. The only thing that works for me is called nurtures cure body acne treatment spray. It's honestly a miracle worker!! I always keep it handy especially during the summer when I tend to break out the most. It's inexpensive and can be found in your local drug store.
I use Mark. Back Me Up Anti-Acne Treatment Liquid Spray.
It can spray upside down too.
It feels very cool and it's helped clear up my bacne a lot.
Great amount of product inside too. http://arioja.mymarkstore.com
A friend of mine has the same problem and i had bad acne on my face I had been using witch hazel on my face and it worked so well. I told my friend to use it and she said it helped alot.
Have you tried tea tree oil..... I have never had a pimple in my life but my sisters daughter had them and her doctor recommended tea tree oil which worked, With help from someone apply it to the back of your body
I had the same problem when I was younger and a dermatologist recommended that I cleanse with Ivory soap in the shower (no dyes or perfumes to irritate skin) and then apply Vitamin E Oil (can be found at a drug store or Target in the vitamin/supplement aisle). I know that sound counter-intuitive but Vitamin E is a miracle cure for skin issues. It will also help prevent acne scarring. Another route would be to track down Retin-A, but you have to order from Canada or get a prescription for it from a doctor.
Proactive is Benzoyle Peroxide based and bleaches clothes so not living that for use on body. Both Murad and Dermaligica make a body spray with salicylic acid as the active ingredient. Still effective, no bleaching.

You really should see a doctor (Dermatologist) for your back acne, only a doctor can recommend treatment, IMO.
