I'm thinking of taking out my perm (curly hair) I know what to do to get it out but I know it's damaging but I just recently got my hair trimmed and I'm thinking of doing deep conditioning once I decide to take it out..will my hair be fine by doing all of that?

I'd just use a flat iron, to be frank.

I have taken out a perm before just want to know if I deep condition it a lot will it help it any.

Deep conditioning will help after the fact, but it won't undo the damage.
