honestly my weight is 180 but i dont look like it but iam and i want to go to 160 or 150 but i need help im thinking about starving myself but thats just stupid

If you're a pop drinker - like I am - cut back or cut it out. I've gained over 60 pounds from drinking one to two 1-liter bottles of Pepsi a day.

You look very slim in your pictures and dont look unhealthy at all. Whatever you do ... DONT starve yourself. Its so tempting i know, but your body actually starts to store more fat then it may be all ready as your body goes into survival mode because you are starving it of essential nutrients. Then when you decide to eat again your body grabs onto all the fat you put into your system because it is striving for nutrients. Its just a really bad idea for your health and safety.
Maybe try a nice detox diet for a week or so, you will find that cleansing the body will help you to start eating healthier.
Lean meat is key. Loosing weight doesn't have to be a horrible experience and sacrificing all the yummy things in the world. Give google a shot with detox diets, they work wonders if you pick the right one for your body type.

yes i do drink pop and i eat sunflower seeds is that bad to do.. well im trying to not eat junk food or sweets or that kinda stuff... and cut down on eatting.. honistly i could not starve myself lol i love food but sometimes i find that a bad thing.... sometimes. but i know everyone is different i have this work out plan called supreme but i dont want to do it by myself i was doing the p90x and insanity but i quit those cause i stared work

its not expensive chicka and its work going. its $14/wk you go in to weigh in every saterday and its best if you get the monthly pass is $40. if you only pay the week by week you you dont have to go every week. i don't have money just to spend either chicka but if its something that will help me get healthier, ill try it and its helped, just try it one week and see what happends.

I am in the same position as you. I weigh 140 and I want to loose 40 pounds by school so I started what I call the seventeen workout challenge it has been one day in my process but I already feel great and the fun thing is you can do it with friends because they are super easy workouts and will have you burning fat off your body. The Seventeen Workout Challenge is a fat burning switch it up kind of workout that will never leave you doing the same thing over again , but you have to still quit or cut down your pop drinkage and your fatty foods consumption. I have been drinking nothing but water when I am thirsty and eating less then what I usually do( cutting your proportions ) and if you do get a pop get the smallest size they have. Trust me when you workout you will be sweating. The only thing you need is a library card to check out a seventeen magazine each week and follow what the exercises say from one week to the next doing different exercises each week. Make sure you have a water handy. Also invite some friends over and throw on some music and dance! You can have a sweat worthy workout and still have fun with friends :) I hope this information helped you and please don't starve yourself I don't want you to become anorexic or even worse bulimic. Take care and don't let yourself down. If you feel down throw on some music and dance out the stress or anger you have. :)
