I'm new to makeup, and beauty stuff. I pluck my eyebrows but they look horrible. I have no clue how to make an arch and they're basically straight across right now.. I hate how they look. Any tips on how to make an arch? Or a youtuber that has a good tutorial on how to?

If the brow hairs are plucked in a straight shape then it's hard to use makeup to create an arch.
Try to get a professional to get them threaded or reshaped.

If you post a picture I can advise you, I don't pluck my eyebrows but I can make them look like they are with makeup so if you show me a picture maybe I can help ^^

It might just be that your natural brows have no arch, but I use the ardell stencils and trace them in a white pencil and pluck around.

You're actually really pretty. I've been doing my eyebrows for a while and I don't think you have over plucked at all just don't touch them anymore and go to a professional. If anything don't pluck in the middle so they can grow out a bit more! Your eyebrows are actually really nice right now as they are.. Try not to touch them though!

They look so natural! why would you want to pluck them? :o but I think threading it is much better than waxing but you should let them do that in a salon ^^
