I love navy blue! It looks really amazing smudged on the upper lashline. Navy blue isn't trashy, because it's not a really intense color, and most people wouldn't be able to tell anyway.

Blue is definitely in, as long as you are confident and blend the colors well you can pull it off!
Go for it ! I'm a strong believer that there aren't and shouldn't be any "rules" in makeup. If you like it and you think it looks good then go for it ! I know for me personally, I hate the look of purple under my eyes, but other colors I love. Maybe you just don't really like the blue and that's why you think it looks "trashy" but try and experiment with different colors. :)

Depends on the blue and on your eye color. Darker blues are always good, lighter blues can be tricky.
