As i live miles away from any MAC store,i've never bought anything from MAC before and really really want to so i'm going to be making a trip thier soon but i want to be sure that i'm getting the right products and products to look out for so it would be really helpful if you beaulish girls could give me some advice on what to get,What are the best MAC products? When shopping,what to look out for? what are your favourite products? what MAC products not to buy? Thanks! x

Mac has gorgeous lipsticks! I would definetly suggest some lipsticks that compliment you! Every girl deserves to indulge in some retail therapy and invest in lipsticks ;)

If your into eyeshadow, I reccomend their eyeshadows! Their amazing, you can make yourself a quad or buy a couple that you really like. They have an amazing range of shadows. Their blushes are amazing too, you'll have to check out the colors and decide whether you want sheer, cream or mineralized but their great! Their mascaras, for me, are a bit of a let down. Their lipglasses are a bit on the sticky side, except for their creamsheen glasses which are super smooth. And their concealers are great too!

They have amazing lipsticks! I suggest you buy something you would wear on a regular basis so you won't spend your money on a bright lipsticks that looks amazing but it's not wearable everyday. I suggest something like cream cup or angel. Anybody can wear these too. Their perfect! Don't buy any money on their mascara, you can find WAY better ones in your local drugstore! Otherwise, go into their eyeshadows, gel liner (blacktrack), blushes (wram soul is my favorite!) and paintpot (painterly). For their nailpolish, same as their mascara, some cheaper are way better!

#217 blending brush is a dream. Perfect for blending eye colors on lids. Stay away from the nail colors and mascara...total waste of money. The lipsticks are great along with the glosses.

I recently went for the first time and i bought an eyelines in the color "teddy", loved it! Its kind of a brown and cooper mix but its not that shinny so i recomend you to take a look at their eyeliner colors, and thay last al night long!!!!

Love the Ruby Woo lipstick. 217 & 219 brushes are great. I would stay away from mascaras. There are also better blushes else where. Paint pots work well as eyeshadow bases. They have nice eyeliners too. Eyeshadows are pretty good as well.

So far I only continuously buy their eyeshadows. Their eyeshadows are amazing! I have crystal avalanche for highlighting my brow bone and cinderfella (under the mineralized family) and I love them. ^-^

All there eyeshadow. The limited addition nicki manaj lipstick sorry i dont know how you spell her name but its a beautiful color. I wear it about everyday and when I am doing clients they ask for that color. And the fix+ are my top mac products

MAC eyeshadows are the best! (in my opinion of coarse) I would defiantly recommend buying the eye primer along with the shadows you choose. The primer works as a base to keep the color vibrant and last throughout the day. MAC salespeople are always very helpful and will help you chose the best color pallet for your skin type and color.

MAC has great eyeshadows. Of course you can get eyeshadows that are just as good from other places, but in my opinion, MAC is the most consistent with the shimmery and glittery shadows. Lipsticks are also a good idea because of the large colour and formula selection. Three of my personal favourite products from MAC that I always repurchase are:
Mineralize Skin Finish Natural (best setting powder ever)
Mineralize Skin Finish - Soft and Gentle (fave highlighter)
Paint Pot - Indianwood (great eyeshadow base or cream shadow)
