Honestly, no. There are tons of claims and myths out there, but the truth is that your hair grows a certain amount a month and that's that. The best thing you can do is take good care of your hair so that once it grows out, it will be healthy and shiny. :)
Ever wonder why guys seem to have better hair that grows faster?......
Its cause they don't mess with it as much as us chicks do.
The day I quit the chemicals & heat (I started eating right) was they day my hair started to grow like a weed!
Your hair will grow as it would normally grow. The only quick fix to wanting longer hair is extensions! Other than that, waiting and taking care of your hair is all you can do.
I agree with Amber and Victoria. Keeping your hair healthy (no bleaches or heat) is the best way to grow out your hair. Damaged hair will have to be cut off, or it will just look really, well, damaged. Depending on how long you want it, the ends of your hair can be years old. Part of this is also drinking lots of water and eating right, especially getting your vitamin E (nuts and oils).
Any product that promises to "Grow Hair Fast!" is at best a mix of vitamins that you could get for much cheaper and at worst a total waste of money.
i know that most things don't work, but i tried one thing that actually did! take fish oil pills and biotin everyday and you will see results! i did at least!
There's no quick way to grow your hair really. The most you could do is exercise, eat a healthy diet and take vitamins which are all great options but the best way to retain your length in a reasonable amount of time is to keep your hands out your hair too much, deep condition often, avoid heat, don't brush too often and keep your hair moisturized
I so disagree, taking a multivitamin and also a hair, nails, & skin vitamin has helped my hair grow really fast and thicker. My hair never grew past my shoulders now is all the way past my back .. of course taking care of it helps too.
I have the same problem too, though I don't heat my hair, don't bleach them and so on.
Anyways, the most important thing is to avoid sugar, drink a lot of water aaand there should be some fats in your menu, like butter or olive oil.
Products for hair should be as much natural as it is possible, for example you could make coconut oil or olive oil masks once a week.
Plus, your hair brush should be from a natural material, like bone or wood.
There is no products that you can use to hurry up the process. All you can do is take care of your hair and get it trimmed every 8 weeks. The healthier your hair is the faster it will grow! I hope this helped you some.
Anyone ever try using High Frequency using the comb electrode? I always wondered if that could really do anything. I know it's stimulating but does that help with hair growth as claimed I don't know.
