My moisturiser is coming to it's end I usually buy the cheapest but recently I have began to invest more money into my skincare and makeup regime. Any product cheap or high end suggested will be much appreciated :)
Clean and Clear's Dual Action moisturizer is great for acne-prone skin because it does the double duty of moisturizer as well as having salicylic acid to fight breakouts. I usually put this on overnight.
E.l.f's Tinted Moisturizers work great for me (I have tan skin, though) because it has moisturizer, pigment to use instead of foundation, and SPF 20 as well as aloe and vitamins for your skin. So affordable, which is great, and works really well.
i love Estee Lauder’s Advanced Multi-Protection Anti-Oxidant Creme :)

Philosophy's Hope In A Jar moisturizer I've been using this for years, I have dry acne prone skin and I use this twice a day and its so moisturinzing! and it feels really cooling and refreshing. I've never had a break out from it , also alot of my friends and family have tried it and they all loved it ! You should definatly try it !
Or another good one is Cetaphil moisturing cream which is for dry, sensative skin. Also it is cheaper but works really good too and is one of my favorites! (:
Try biore facial strips for your nose. You apply the strip to your moistened face & wait a few minutes! Ive tried it before and its great at talking out blackheads and whiteheads that are hard to get. If my nose area gets a little dry, i just add a really small amount of lotion. I prefer using nivea lotion.
My skin is like yours! I rarely get pimples around my face but I always have whiteheads and blackheads on my nose and whatever Use it dries out the skin on my nose!
I have normal skin, few breakouts, but gets dry at the usual times of year. I use Philosophy's Hope in A Jar (along with their Purity cleanser) and I absolutely LOVE it. Goes on light, my skin drinks it up, and it feels wonderful after I use it.

Fortunately I don't have acne and don't get spots often. Dryness is more of a problem for me and a few black heads round my nose.
