My favourite is L'oreal True Match. With one layer it's natural looking and just conceals any redness but is build able for a more flawless look. It lasts all day on me although I do have dry/normal skin!

Colourstay is my fav and I have combo oily skin that's acne prone. It's definitely medium coverage but applied with fingers instead of a brush it's lighter.

I recommend the new Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation, I know you said "best drugstore foundation" but I had to recommend the product I love that best describes what you are looking for: Light weight, light/medium coverage & great for oily skin! It looks so natural too. Sephora gives samples free, you should try it out.
