I like that. But if you're using gel, take a clean q-tip and drag it along the bottom of the liner before it dries. If you're using liquid, wait til it dries a bit then the same thing but with a q-tip dipped in makeup remover

Probably use a liquid eyeliner or gel eyeliner with a small pointed brush.

Try a felt tip liner, like the stila stay all day liquid liner or loreal one. But a felt tip will be more steady for you.

Revlon colorstay or stila liquid eyeliner felt tip; but I think the smudged looks good, but if you are trying to get a cleaner look, take pressed powder and w/ a small brush to 'set' the eyeliner by dusting the powder right under or over the liner. It will also make your liner last longer, I do it with no matter what eye makeup look I'm doing

Also when I said over, I meant not applying the powder directly on top if that makes sense. I just meant over or under as if top or bottom lid... Hope that helps
