What's up with my skin?

So lately I have been getting these bumps on my skin, they have been there before (just like texture not really acne) but it's been getting worse, I have like patches of bumps all over (one prominent area is on my chin) what's going on? And what can I do to get rid of them? Thank you.

My friend has the same thing just go to your local doctor and the will prescribe some cream!
