Morphe & Crown are sister companies so their brushes are identical. They have some good synthetic though I don't recommend the natural bristle ones because those tend to shed.
Real techniques are great brushes. I also use my brushes by bare minerals a lot and they're double ended so no faffing about looking for other brushes.
The black ELF brushes are all pretty damn amazing. They're all $3. They also have ones with bamboo handles online, it think they're part of the mineral line, that are suuuper good too
The ELF studio brushes from Target are really good! I got one of the flat top face brushes, and it was $3 and really good quality. Also, the Sigma eye and face brushes are good too, a little more expensive but they last.
