I'm still trying to figure that out myself, but u like rose salve at sephora $7 bucks and the the lip sugar I believe is $20, but if you scrub your lips it's suppose to smooth them. I like how it works I do it when it's bad... Also on the market for Mac lip condiitioner but $15 bucks I'm a little iffy.. Good luck
When you brush your teeth at night, rinse your toothbrush and then gently scrub your lips. Immediately put on Vaseline or an all natural beeswax based balm that will last the night for you.
The toothbrush advice true and I'm using the smith strawberry lip balm from sephora I love it just need a little at it works really good and stays on your lips for a very long time it also smell really good your lips feel so soft
If you want to save a ton of money then mix a a little bit of olive oil with sugar and use it to exfoliate your lips about twice a week, this will get all the dry skin off and keep them moisturized
Carmel feels good (I even think it smells good) and I use it myself sometimes, but if you are chapped prone the camphor in it will actually dry you out.
Fresh has great lip products(moisture, sleek packaging, great feel and cute tints!) but Aquaphore has always been my go to for repair. I scrub my lips with a mixture of table sugar and olive oil after brushing my teeth at night, rinse off the scrub and slick on the Aquaphore before bed. I found that doing this regular helps me wake up to smooth, baby soft lips.

Lush lip scrub! It tastes wonderful, it's cheap and it works a treat. A very quick fix for dry lips :)

I agree that Lush has some fantastic lip scrub products. I also love using some Coconut Oil on my lips to help condition.
