try NYX blushes in Mauve, Spice, Stone and Chocolate Moose. These colors are all matte & should be available at Ulta for a cheap price ;-)

*tip though, it does stain your hand slightly, and you will have to scrub it when you wash. If you prefer not to deal with that, use a hard surface that you don't mind to tinge slightly pink (like a plastic eye plate)

If you want color, that sticks well, and you're on a tight budget, go for a red gel blush. If you buy it in a tube you can literally get away with a pea sized drop for BOTH cheeks (: when I use this I like to mix it with a small amount of water, clear aloe gel, or moisturizer (grey with sunscreen at the beach or pool!!) in my palm. Then take a cotton ball/pad or a piece of tissue and slowly rub in into your cheek line in circular motions until you have the desired darkness. Cool plus? You can use gel blushes as awesome lip stains.

The wet n wild blushes are amazing. They are around $2-3 and you get tons of product and they are super pigmented

E.L.F's studio blushes are sold at Target and go for a beautiful price point - roughly $3? I got mine over the summer - Pink Passion. It's a cool toned light pink that applies with a very natural finish and is very blendable. The rest of the colors are a shimmer/satin finish, I believe.

Okay, so my mom bought me a big collection by ulta with 5 different blushes. The problem is that they're all shimmery! I have a super small cash supply, so I can't spend a lot trying things out. What matte blushes do you guys recommend?
