Pay Pal is great, very safe. Every time you pay or receive money when you log into Pay Pal you will see a transaction number, if you ever have any problems just quote that number :)
My PayPal got hacked. Someone attempted to set up a $300,000 monthly transfer from my bank account. PayPal was very hard to deal with, I got shuffled around from person to person. Finally I had to close my bank account and re-open, then I had to re-arrange all my bill payments. It was a hassle and happened on December 23rd last year. Merry xmas to me.
