So I bought the glamglow mud mask awhile ago and loved it so much that I used up the little jar so fast. It did wonders for my skin so I decided to repurchase. But this time I thought I would use it a little more sparingly since it is a little pricey. But I went to use it today and it is completely dried up :( does this mean it's garbage? Or can I do anything to salvage it? Help!

Mine did that too I think it lasted a total of 60-65 days and completely dried up even being completely sealed after every use. I had to throw mine away it was so dried and order a new one.

Maybe mix some water in? I've had mine since july and have not had any problems!

If you bought it from sephora and there's a fair amount left, just return it.

I'm not sure if anyone's still reading this, but I found my old jar of glam glow and noticed it was all dried up on the sides. So I filled the jar with really hot water and used my fingers to loosen the mask dried to the sides. Then I used the hard pieces that came off to rub on my face and the mask worked perfect!

Same happened to me, I added a few drops of water and it's good now.. Throwing it out wasn't an option!
