I need help with my hair (color)

So I have medium/dark brown hair and I've been thinking getting a little bit lighter shade (the picture). So how could I explain to my hairdresser this shade? I'm not sure if the shade is like an ash brown or a neutral or warm?

So thank you and no, I'm not going to bleach my hair. I will just let my hair color to fade a little :)

onky suggestion i would have is to take the picture with you and show them. tell them what you want and they will tell you if they can achieve the look without bleaching.

Remember, color cannot lift color so you most likely have to use peroxide/bleach
