You kind of have to start branding yourself as early as possible. Do you have a YouTube channel, a blog? Also social networking is key. Gather all the Facebook, twitter, and Instagram fans that you can. That's my advise, good luck. :-)

take some business classes so you can keep the paper end of your business (taxes, deductions etc) organized, see if there are any local muas willing to let you assist (ibe of the best ways to learn and really allows you to find / develop your strengths/weaknesses. take classes offered by makeup artists or stores like mac but most important, practice, practice, practice...
