Duration of one course

Hey :)

So really wanna become one professional makeup artist. I live in Madrid and have been looking around for schools.
There are schools who have a course that is 10 months and then maybe 3 months.
For those of you who are professional makeup artist, how long would you recomend one course to be?
Because I don't know if 10 months is too long, or if you will learn everything in only 3 months?
