Ok so I'm new to makeup, and i really just want to know some basic things i need to have, i want generally cheaper brands, but i will spend up to 20 on one product, I'm in high school so i want nudes and natural looking makeup, but i want to wear something that pops also?

If u want nude eyeshadows go to coastal scents and bh cosmetics for palette that way u get a wide variety for very cheap
